I Am So Unhappy With The Service Received From Gr
I am so unhappy with the service received from Gregory Estate Agents, and when I have called to complain, no one even wants to try and rectify the situation.
The way in which we dealt with Miss Bithells Property, was entirely professional, and the costs involved, were agreed with her at the outset.
Her major reason for withdrawing the property related to an unpaid plumbing account, and an unsafe gas fire, which had to be replaced in order to comply with health and safety requirements.
As established letting agents of some 20 years standing it would not be appropriate for us to put tenants at risk or fail to comply with legislation.
