I've used this estate agents twice , rather stupidly , to rent out two of our properties in Croydon . I found out that whilst they are intially very friendly , they are inactual fact very disorganised & to put in the nicest terms incompetant. Not only did they tenant the property without my consent twice , they failed to then manage the property for me & I still had to deal with the with tenants problems myself . Whilst the tenants paid rent on time , the agents , Gary , Liz & Ennio almost always paid the rent to us late . In fact I was v.suprised to find that they had paid on time in month during the year long tenancy . I later found out that their office 'manager' had beenconvicted of fraud several times & that another emlpoyee had used the tenants deposits to offset the companies debt . Would NOT recommend to ANYONE .
