I have rented a property from Find your place (uk) Limited in London for 2 years and because the flat was such a good price for the area of notting hill allthough i recieved appauling service i didnt want to move and had to deal with all the rubbish that came with such a terrible estate agent.

the top thing i have to mention is boiler checks that should be carried out once a year by a quallified boiler specialist instead this agent will get any tom dick or harry to service the boiler which resulted in me buying a carbon monoxide alarm which went off one night while i was sleeping. When i called out british gas they shut down the boiler as dangerous and would not allow me to stay in the flat as such high levels of the killer gas were being detected on their monitor (i have paper work to prove this but they would not believe me and i had to take it on myself to fix the problem)

a leak came through the bathroom roof from the above flat which resulted in part of the ceiling to fall through and leave large holes and live wires in a wet environment which is very dangerous and this was left for a year and on moving out it had still not been fixed.

Huge cracks appeared in the walls of the bedrooms ( a 2 bedroom flat) and when i informed the agent they said they would get back to me but nothing was done about it!

from the time i moved in till the time i moved out a crack was in the front bedroom window which meant that during the cold winter months the snow and ice would crack the window slightly a bit more and towards the end of my tenancy the window was ready to fall out.

the beds were terrible, the wardrobes fell apart and the shower head fell off while i stood underneath and everything had to be fixed using my money and my time.

when i told the estate agent of all these problems they told me i was not their priority and would get back to me.

i would stay well clear of Find your place as it is not a trusted estate agent they take you for all the money they can get with reference fees etc and they change office staff every other month which makes me wonder why?? They do not listen to anything you have to say and would rather send builders that do not understand you to service boilers which are not trusted as you can see from above!

would definetly not recommend to anyone especially now im dealing with such a good agent!
