Everett Mason and Furby

I had dealings with the Bristol branch of Everett Mason and Furby. Where do I start? Firstly they promised my shop was in Daltons and on various websites although when I checked it was clear this wasn't true. Then they refused to show people round the property and failed to get back to potential buyers (they contacted me direct in the end). When I complained at branch level I was given an attitude by the director of not caring and not interested. When I complained to their head office in Devon the director didn't even offer to refund my fees even though they acknowledged they had failed even try to sell my business.
