Our house is going through issues with this agency as well, I'll post a full review with pictures and emails when i get the time.

In response to divingdingo,s review,about my review being a vindictive attack and that people would do well to ignore it as it is so called ill written and ill quoted,well Divingdingo,s, My review was written after my own experience with this letting agent also,and i was so shocked at her blazen attitude that i felt strong enough to exspress my thoughts immeditally,where as you,after your experiences did not feel inpressed enough to write a review saying how good they are,which leaves me to believe you are just a friend of the agency/lady in question,or perhaps an employee,responding to my review .And as for advising people to ignore my remarks because my grammer is not as good as it mybe should be,well no doubt you believe then, that people who can not read or write or spell very well ,are all liars as you review suggests.Just because someone has a better education than someone else does not give them the right to try and take advantage of them or walk all over them,clearly you have the same view as this agency..."IM BETTER THEN YOU SO I CAN SAY AND DO AS I PLEASE,.people will make there own minds up and hopefully will,and my advise to anyone reading this is dont ignore what ive said and please do not ignore Divingdingos review, listen to it all and make your own mind up...Knowledge is power folks not just money, like this agency think so...,there are to many people out there trying to rip people off and make a packet.

Firstly,as im sure you will understand the comments i have made on this website are clearly from my expeirances direct with the letting agency and the landlord,it is soley my opinion and yes you should never judge a book by its cover and that is all i advise just like the landlady(a good friend of the "company boss")said,i cant go to much in to detail due to legal precedings but its all to easy to have friends go on a website and add a glowing report,I however felt so alarmed at this landlady(remember her name if your looking to rent)and company boss that i took the time to write how i felt in the hope that it might make any persons dealing with this person or company not to take everything at face value before making a decision.Also i apoligse now for any ill written ,or desperately spelled words in this review as i did not attend cardiff and only managed a grade A-C for English.Please remember this is just my opinion and im sure this company has happy customers out there,im just saying i think you should all be very careful when dealing with something as big as your sons/daughters tempary homes and there educations.This review and past reviews have not been written in spite of any kind as any pesonal issuses i might have can and ARE being dealt with by the law courts which have been put in place to help pretect tennants against people and companys like im talking about here.Like my late nan always said "THERES NO SMOKE WITHOUT ANY FIRE"?

I am the landlady mentioned above and I am sure you realise the person who wrote it has huge personal issues and a sledge hammer to destroy the respect & reputation of anyone who crosses his path. The quotes are obviously untrue, malicious and quite ridiculous .I need hardly say the 'hidden agenda' is both revengeful and lacking in integrity, so I shan't dwell on it.

That said, I do feel it essential to emphasise that the "company boss" in question, is a kind, caring and considerate individual who tends continuously to the needs of all her students and moreover, limits the number of properties she handles in order to be able to divide her time appropriately. This is never compromised. I only wish my own son had had such an attentive and dedicated professional when he was a student in Cardiff a few years ago. As his mother, and at such a crucial time in his life, it would certainly have provided me with much needed reassurance, comfort and confidence, rather than the constant worry and stress I seemed to endure!

Although I am tempted to comment more upon the derogatory nature and intent of the person who wrote the untruths above, I am doing my utmost to not "judge a book by its cover".

Not an easy task, you'll agree ? But, perhaps one which we should all aspire to if we are to have open minds and balanced, informed opinions - without prejudice or ulterior motives.

Thankfully, common sense and excellent client recommendations ensure companies such as this, with their personal touch and dedication, continue to provide outstanding and impressive standards for all the students in their care.

What is an enormous relief and comfort it must be for all the mums and dads of Plymouth students - I just wish there had been an equivalent company in Cardiff !
