They hold on the deposit and have delayed it for several months since I moved out, the initial claims came through really late too, they added check out fee of £144 (which I don't think is legal) and listed a lot of the items that are normal wear and tear from the claim of the deposit, they would blame the tenant to pay for the broken glass that was caused by the external refurbishment works of the building.they demanded to use their recommended cleaner for the check out, I have to pay £250 for the professional clean but still get charged for one of the old stains left from before, it only became visible when the carpet is steam cleaned wet, the inventory saw that when the carpet is still wet, so they blamed me for the cause of it. The moment I demand my deposit to be looked at, they avoided at any cost - I couldn't get through to them over the phone and there is no reply of my email. just the worst agent ever. please avoid them at any cost, as there are so many hidden charges once you moved in.

Just the worst bunch of estate agents you could ever meet. Caused me to be homeless for several days then lied about property and ultimately one of their failings caused me to be evicted. Avoid at all costs.
