Letting
They are very mean people, my reference is to the Hatfield branch. They hardly
ever respond to emails, if you are fortunate to be sent a form to complete at all they will not give you feedback, they will completely ignore you, even when you try to contact them. Is it not better you include your financial criteria in your letting adverts so average earners will understand your apartments are above their league?Stop wasting people's time!

As Bad As They At Lettings They're Even Worse At Managing
Keep in mind that as soon as you sign the contract, send the first payment, you'll be ignored.
It will take forever to have a response from them regarding any issue. This property we're renting has loads of issues, plumbing, heating, lighting wise and they would take forever to get back to you and eventually send a person that cannot carry out the work because they didn't provide the right keys (which they have but tenant don't)
Most issues are just being handled like :"I'm sorry but the landlord is not keen on fixing this as it's just cosmetic/aesthetic stuff and there's nothing we can do to help, and she is a very nice person indeed"
Your voice won't be heard. NEVER

Country Properties Were Without Doubt The Worst Co
Country Properties were without doubt the worst company we have ever had to deal with. I can only say that in our experience, we found the people we dealt with at the Hitchin branch to be rude, unhelpful people who did nothing but lie to us.
The problems started on Day 1 of out tenancy. I won't list everything in detail as it would take far too long.
1. On viewing the property, they told us that all of their lettings are professionally cleaned before moving in. This was not done, they then told us this was not the case.
2. Fridge freezer was supposed to be supplied. On moving in, there was no fridge-freezer. They denied agreeing this, fortunately we had it in writing so after a lot of hassle and arguments it was supplied.
3. The garage leaked. They did not tell us this, yet our neighbours told us the last tenants had reported it numerous times. Their response was 'don't use it then'.
4. We had a water leak one night, so called the emergency plumber they provided us with. They called my wife and gave her a hard time about it, saying that we must call the office during office hours for a plumber!
I could go on - this is not even half of the issues we had with them. I cannot suggest strongly enough to avoid all dealings with this company, in my opinion they are truly terrible.
