Conways

I viewed a property through Conways Estate Agents on the 3rd of April 2007. The agent kept me waiting 20 minutes in freezing weather. I had to ring her to remind her of our appointment. I had been given incorrect information about the property (relating to the garden), and when I clarified and questioned this, she was very unhelpful. She was constantly texting on her mobile phone so it was very hard to speak to her.

Had she provided accurate information about the property I would not have wasted my time viewing it in the first place.

If they can't be courteous during a viewing, imagine what it would be like actually buying a property through them!
