Very poor customer service. It took them ages to fix basic things around the flat, and some issues were never fixed at all after years of tenancy. Beware of the inaccurate inventories and subsequent unreasonable deductions from your deposit. They do not care how polite you are when communicating to them, they are just plain rude. Unless you are a seller -that makes their mouth water thinking about their bonus-, they do not care about you.

I would strongly recommend to research other options as Chris John & Partners are not a friendly company. Avoid. You have been warned.
