Carrington Estate Agents

Rented a property from Carringtons and had to leave as the walls were covered with mould. Told the agents and landlord but they did nothing. We spent 2 days cleaning before we left and when I phoned Carringtons for the deposit they informed me that they were not going to give us our deposit back as the property was dirty which I know is a lie!! They also blamed us for the mould on the walls.They are extremely rude and arrogant on the phone. We are in the process of taking them to court. AVOID!!!!

599 Chorley Old Road, Bolton, BL1 6BL. When I left the property, the landlord, Zoe Khan didn't gave my deposit for no reason. Without my consent, this agent gave my deposit to the landlord. Never use this agent, never rent property from this landlord. Beware!!!

Great 'can-do' attitude, unfortunately can't really get anything done. very slow/non-existent in attempts to fix broken things, even when informed and chased several times via email. Some member of the staff were unclear in the actual rent negotiated. slow to communicate any problems as well as offering a solution. Told me them got some things seen to personally when in fact they haven't (they can't even do white lies properly). Beautiful office, nice smile, but no action. I am thinking of buyinf my own property in central London, and I would not do business with them.
