My husband and I recently moved into our new home together. The house we decided on was put on the market with Campsie, an estate agent based in Hillingdon. To be honest the service we received from them was lacking in many areas. Throughout the whole process we never once met them, until we went in to collect the keys. Surprising to think they get a percentage of the house price, for doing.... not much! The interaction through email and telephone calls, was ok, although the lack of information they gave us, did set us up for a little surprise. We were at the lawyers office, and she was going through all the information we needed to know, before we signed the papers. What the estate agent didn't tell us, was that the house would be a shell, with no furniture watsoever, even though we spoke to the home owners and confirmed a few items would stay. All in all we weren't very impressed with the service we received, and will not be using them, when we decide to move.
