Bye Bye Estate Agents provide non-commission based property services similar to Estate Agents, but for a fraction of the cost. They also provide commercial and domestic services both in the United Kingdom and abroad.
Property Letting (both commercial and domestic) is also another feature of the site.
It is easy to use, and has a consistent feel to the site throughout.
I personally found this site a nightmare! It appears to have been recently set up and indicates that if one advertises there within a set period then there is no charge levied. One then commences the registration process only to face requests for money, but the relative services offered are unclear. If one bypasses these invitations it nevertheless becomes possible to insert one's particulars, and the address of the property to be sold - apparently free of charge. It then becomes unclear where one goes from there. Pressing what appears to be the only possible link to the next page invariably invokes a HTTP 404 notice stating that the page cannot be found! This site needs properly setting up by experts, and testing by using third parties, before it is launched again - hopefully using a better / clearer format WHICH WORKS!
