Incompetent, Slow And Dreadful Customer Service

1. Sent wrong documents through to referencing agency

2. Estate agents do not reply to emails unless requesting money

3. Asked to see elderly parent's passport in person - just after leaving the office was told agent had photocopied wrong pages.

4. Unable to process simple tasks such as sending through the tenancy agreement without missing page.

Will never use them again

Total waste of time unless you are handing money over to them.

Absolutely any issue you have takes weeks to sort and they never know the details of any previous correspondence.

So Bad I Cannot Remember All The Issues... In Just 2 Years

I have just left as a tennant after 2 years renting through them and they never got a single thing right. Every time they said they would do something, never difficult they will fail, seem to have new staff every week and they don't seem to even know where they even are half the time. Who ever you want to speak to they are apparently never available or have never heard of anything you have to say no matter how many times you speak to them. They have just from memory; refused to give me change from a cash damage deposit, lied about what was furnished and unfurnished, broke into my house for a reason I now realise I never found out, told me to basically sort out any problems myself and refused to give me my damage deposit despite the land Lord having no issues. But the worst is their lying, and how bad they are at it. It's shamelessly bad you feel sorry for them because they think they get away with it, it's just shocking I cannot explain how bad their excuses are. Landlords don't use them they make you look stupid, and never rent from them you are better of smashing your head against a brick wall for 2 years.

Awful, I Can't Wait To To Move

Brian Holt are just plain awful. We rent through them and it is so difficult to get a response from them. If there is ever anything wrong with the property it takes around 2 weeks to get a handyman out to look at it, then another 3 until it's actually fixed. That's with constant hounding from me, who knows how long it would have taken otherwise. Every time I call they have no idea what I'm talking about even if it's the 4th phone call about the same issue. The staff in the Earlsdon branch are unprofessional and at times rude. When you call or go in, they pass you from one team member to another or tell you that the person you need isn't there, no one actually offers to help.

All they care about it getting somebody into a property, once you're in, they've got your money and you're stuck for a year they couldn't care less. We'll be looking to buy in the next couple of years, there is absolutely no chance we'll be using Brian Holt. I'd have better luck asking Mickey Mouse for help buying a house.

Do Not Use Them As Agents!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor communicators, let tenants make a mess of your property and refund them their deposit, do not get back to your messages, and basically take money just to get sign tenants and do little else. They just rely on their "reputable" name, but provide a very poor service.

Please Don't Use These People.

Non comunicative, empty or broken promises, unresponsive to requests, 10 weeks and not even a viewing, one phone call to say it was quiet. Blurred photos despite state of the art camera!! promised to come back and re do the front pics but never did

Please please dont use these people, they would have had no stars but it wouldn't allow me to score that low.

There was nothing to like.

Brian Holt Got People Through The Door - Although

Brian Holt got people through the door - although we did all of the viewings ourselves.

1% seems a bit steep to process a right-move listing and answer the phone a few times.

Once a sale was agreed they switched into 'commission chasing' mode and let us down horribly by failing to communicate essential information to our Solicitor, despite the assurances to the contrary given on their web-site.

I Really Wouldn't Recommend Brian Holt Estate Agen

I really wouldn't recommend Brian Holt Estate Agents if you want a quick sale. As with most of the estate agents we've come across, they rely on buyers to do the work - I found they didn't really make much effort in contacting people and getting them to view the property. Their commission was initially 1.75%, but we managed to get them down to 1.5% (although I don't think the work they'd done would have been worth anywhere near that much). I guess we should have either negotiated his commission even lower or left - but we ignored our better judgement!
