The only positive comment I can make after four years with this agent is that the rent was always paid. The property had been neglected inside and out, was filthy and had suffered extensive damage. During this time three separate tenants had their deposit returned in full, despite damage and missing items from the inventory. Repairs took weeks or months to get done, were never inspected by the agent and were at best shoddy, at worst incompetent. We found that a longterm leak (which had apparently been repaired, had destroyed our bathroom and the adjoining wall to the bedroom. To summarise, this agent is incompetent and irresponsible and does not care about landlords or tenants.
