I Have Been On The Books Of Belvoir Lettings For O
I have been on the books of Belvoir Lettings for over 2 years and have never had such bad service in all my life. The staff I speak to are sometimes unhelpful and can be slow to return calls and the way the accounts are run seems poor. I am often having to chase my payments even though my tenant pays on time every month and in the past havent received rent from the agents for over 3 months. I would not recommend them at all.
I found this review very helpful because...i was going to join belviour but felt they was asking for alot of money they wanted £115 just to do a credit check which is free on the internet. when i was shown round the property the agent let us go upstairs on our own! we could of been anyone and the agent didnt have a clue about anything very poor service.
