They Still Money
The agency is horrible.They do not care about landlords and tenants.They are very quick to take money from you.They do not pay deposits back to their tenants.They even changed their website where before it said that your deposit is proteted as is requied by law and now they removed this information.The staff is rude and greedy.You cannot trust them.If is something wrong with a property you do not get any help from them.
I am in complete agreement to this review. I would add that they also edit contracts to suit deposit reduction so would advise that you ensure you receive a physical copy to call them out on clauses they may insert

Would I recommend this letting agency to a friend? NO!
I wouldn't even recommend it to an enemy.
Anglia Accommodation Services offer nothing more than appalling service and I strongly urge anyone thinking of renting a property from them not to do so.
From failing to respond to tennants enquiries over both trivial and potential life threatening issues (dodgy boilers, leaking ceilings etc) right through to failing to return deposits. If you rent with them say goodbye to your deposit when you hand it over. You will not be seeing that again.
The staff are completely incompetant and are rude to you over the phone if you dare question their judgement. You will also be continually bombarded with text messages from them regarding a number of issues, most of which have nothing to do with the property I was renting.
I would urge to stay far away from this shoddily run agency.
I experienced all of these issues and would add that if you go into the office to try to illicit communication from them regarding unresolved maintenance issues or the return of your deposit you should expect to be subjected to a torrent of abuse , so much so that you may be asked to go out back to prevent other clients witnessing these events.
