I will try to keep this review short and normally this is something that i do not do, but given the circumstances i felt the need to write this about such an appalling company. Date 12.03.2013 major price deviation on EUR/USD of 15 pips from actual price right now alpari live feed is 1.3052 actual price feed on ecn broker is 1.3068 yah that right 15 pips which is unacceptable. I phoned them up and asked them to worn the the costumers and maybe suspend all trading for a while ,but they just brushed me off. I worn you they will cause issues if they can, hunt your STOPS by a way of increasing the spread just before your stop, so you get stopped out, delay feed by up to 15 seconds after news and will not let you take positions or re quote you over and over gain before its too late to trade.

Hope you open an account with established ecn broker!!

Pardon my language, but they don't deserve any better!!!

Most people bash brokers because they lose their money. I am not going to bash the broker, but praise them. Their servers are fast, their executions are fast as well.

Depositing the capital was easy. I got the occasional re-quote, however that was during fast market moves.

From the very the initial application to account opening and trade execution, I am very pleased with the service from Alpari UK. I have already recommended them to a number of friends.

I have had experience of a few brokers in my 8 years trading, but I would easily say that Alpari are by far and a way the best. Even when I had a problem with their free charts and emailed them I had a reply within a minute the first time and about three minutes the second time. I have paid for stuff and not had a response that fast.

I have now been dealing with James Watt at Alpari and he is always extremely helpful and very, very efficient answering queries and questions in record time. I think Alpari are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with and their customer service really is second to none.

I have a permanently problem: if I open a buy position the DAX almost fall down and reversely... I don't know how it is possible to setup correctly in my MT4.

I joined Alpari through recommendation. I am plesed I did so as their representative Mr Joe Wright could not have been more helpful , taking great pains to see that I understood all I needed to be able to trade forex.

Not sure about the spreads on the lesser pairs , but thats another story.

Egy problémám van. Ha nem piaci áron szeretnék kereskedni ,hanem ordert szeretnék használni, akkor az akadályoztatva van. Az ordert a piaci ártól meghatározott távolságra lehet, csak elhelyezni. Ez jó lenne, ha megszünne.

Thanks to Phil and his willingness to help we are not only pleased with the broker platform and how it works but also how much time he has been able to give me and my fellow clients to help them get the most out of the service.

Phil is always at the end of the phone and on many occasions has been happy to go the extra for me.

For me it’s not so important but for my clients just starting out being able to bet at such a low stake (10 pence per point) with no fear the minimum stake will go up means they are able to now place trades they otherwise would not have been able to.

The only thing I would like to see improvements on is the platform, whilst being good and clean for placing trades, is not quite as user friendly as ETX Capital for example.
