Obligo www.obligo.co.uk

I have just used Obligo.co.uk to arrange and manage a mortgage application. I have used brokers to arrange mortgages and have also gone direct. Obligo.co.uk are very very different.

I will explain: Obligo offer lots of free mortgage tools, i valued my property using the Obligo tool PriceMyPlace - its a free valuation tool the same as mortgage lenders use. I spoke with a mortgage expert and chose my new mortgage deal. I was then able to track my application online across all of the key stages.

I particularly like the fact that Obligo have now created me a mortgage account that will tack my mortgage and property value every month and advise me when my deal ends when better deals are available.
