My application was approved twice as it was extended, then it was sent to a branch which unbeknown to me was closing. I had no communication from the branch before it closed and my application was cancelled.

I in the mean time had a successful bid accepted on a property which you all know is hard to accomplish in these times. My initial joy was dashed when I tried to contact the now closed branch and then I was given the bad news that my application was cancelled on the system by the Mortgage store. I am now finding myself as part of an administration error.

I have to now go through the approval process again despite having my mortgage approved only 3 months ago.

Happy, Excited, now extremely distressed......
