We have approached several brokers to obtain the best deal for a commercial mortgage for the purchase of our premises. Target were by far the most resourceful and came up with a very good deal. Most of all, it was their responsiveness and honesty that impressed us as the other brokers were not upfront with us about the timescales and costs. We are only too happy to recommend them.

I was asked to find an unusual £25,000 loan which did not fit the usual categories. This proved very difficult: the forms some lenders presented did not allow for explaining the problems. Others wanted long telephone conversations to establish the facts. Target though dealt with the whole matter through e-mails and found a possible solution without delay.

The lender's detailed script of financial details was well laid out, but a little confusing as to what the figures and costs related to. I was a little lost by the jargon, and was not sure whetyher the total cost included everything or of if there was extra to pay at the end of the contract. I think it would help to be in more layman terms, such as total cost payable by you: interest fees incurred: payment details, is it monthly or payable at end of loan period, this was not really clear!

Overall, I found the respose and decisions made very quick and would highly recommend a friend or family to this organisation due to their professionalism fast response.
