We received excellent service from start to finish! At one point it seemed the end would never come with one thing or another but the professionalism of our advisor got us there in the end. We were very doubtful if we were even in a position to do a BTL so called him to just give our finances a look-over and to see if we could go ahead with our plans.

He sounded very helpful on the phone and called around to our house when he said he would and we had a really useful,no pressure chat where he spelled out in black and white what our financial position was and how the BTL was very do-able.

Six months down the line and we have a tenant in,rent being paid on time and at every step of the way he has been there to answer our queries,daft questions and general worried first-timer based concerns.

I've used the person I dealt with 3 times now...I'd like to say I won't use him again as moving is very stressful but he takes part of the stress away finding you the best mortgage even when every avenue seems to be a dead end.

Just completed a mortgage through Godiva and he secured the best rate I have ever had on a mortgage - the solicitors godiva used were a bit of a nightmare but he helped us every step of the way, great service and he was available every time we needed him - he was honest all the way through and am now sitting comfortably on a great rate for a while - would definitely recommend

Appointment arranged for home visit for full financial review. Advisor arrived on time and smartly dressed and looking very professional even to the point that he asked our permission to plug in his laptop. Advisor went through all aspects required very thoroughly, ensuring we had understood all aspects of the agreement we were entering into.
