Received an email from a friend recommending the site to me as I was needing some mortgage advice for a house I had an offered on. After looking through the site I found some great general information on mortgages and financial matters that I wasn't aware of. Wanted to find an independent mortgage broker close to me so put in my postcode and the sort of mortgage I was looking for. I was presented with a list of brokers in my area that could help. I liked the site as it also gave pictures of the brokers, which is very refreshing and good I think, as you can get an idea of who you're dealing with. After reading a short description of some advisers I chose one that I liked the sound of and completed a short form asking them to contact me. Low and behold I received a phone call within 10 minutes - FANTASTIC! Great broker, honest and genuine guy who doesn't even charge for his services as he gets paid from the lender. The long and the short of it is that my mortgage has gone through and I'm now just waiting to exchange on my new house, hopefully won't be much longer now.
