Scammers!!!!
They said anything (lied) to get me to put money down on a re-fi: "The new Obama Plan will help approve your re-fi, even if it does not appraise...." then denied the conversation after the appraisal came in too low. They don't make loans, just revenues from application fees. RUN, DON'T WALK!

I Would Warn Everyone To Stay Away From Lendatilit
I would warn everyone to STAY AWAY from Lendatility.com. They took my money and then turned me down on the loan that I was more than qualified for! They wouldn't give me a loan because there was an unfinished swimming pool on the premises. I told them up front before I put any money down that there were many unfinished items on the home. They told me that if there was a certificate of occupancy, it would be fine. There was one and I was able to get financing elsewhere, but Lendability wouldn't even respond to my calls when I tried to get them to reimburse at least a portion of my deposit. I was stiffed $500. No service was provided for that money. If a mortgage company charges a fee up front, stay away from them, especially this one!

The Broker At Lendability.com Was So Nice, Until H
The broker at Lendability.com was so nice, until he had my money. The mortgage took over 4 months. I did not get the final papers until the night before I was closing and only then realized all the lies I had been told, such as their fee and various other closing fees like inspection and bank fees. It was then also that I realized how much I was charged at times to keep the low mortgage rate because it kept on expiring which was no fault of mine. When I called to question the difference between what I was told and what was charged the broker actually yelled at me. Stay away from this company.
