Unfortunately, our experience with Intelligence Mortgage Solutions was one that was disappointing and underwhelming.

Having been approached by one of their mortgage advisors over the phone out of the blue - at an inconvenient time - my partner and I compared the advice that we had been given by this mortgage advisor with other advice we had been given that day by other advisors. We ultimately decided that for the services that they were offering for the (rather extortionate) amount that they were charging, Intelligence Mortgage Solutions weren’t the company for us.

We sent a politely worded email to the mortgage advisor from Intelligence Mortgage Solutions to let him know that we were grateful for his time and help but we wouldn’t be using his services. Sadly, this was met with a response that was both unpleasant in tone and disrespectful.

Quite clearly vexed by our decision, this advisor told us he was “not sure how to respond to this” (how about, professionally?) and sarcastically wished us luck if we need to look for an alternative lender as we’re “going to be a bit stuck”.

Overall, a thoroughly disheartening experience during what should be an exciting and happy time.

First off went with these guys as had good reviews and since I had a ccj ie poor credit history. needed a good broker.

Well got a quick primarily offer for a mortgage offer after viewing and making an offer which was accepted sent in 3 months of pay slips a p60 2 bank statements utility bills and passport. was well on the way to hopefully getting a firm offer from a lender get and lender came back with a 75% mortgage so we had the other 25 percent. I work offshore so it was good to go or so i thought was off shore for 3 weeks and then asked for terms and conditions of employment which I sent and another 2 weeks pass wanted more payslips 1 day before due to go offshore again, got back more pay slips needed as bank couldn't get their head round how I am paid as get it on a 2 week pay 2/3 weeks pay 2 weeks no pay .this was after me and my wife phoning office on the friday" NO answer to calls or emails" when they said a final decision would be made And now sellers are giving only a week and they asked for another bank statement to check wage slips and deposit! Intelligent finance not very

Helpful friendly advice and whole of market choice, Intelligent Financial Solutions made it easy to understand the process and they arranged everthing for us. Made it really easy for us to save money!.

Being self employed and having several levels of complication to remortgages, but not for these guys. Not only did they manage to knock a huge amount off our monthly payments, they also managed to lower our payment period and offer up flexible payments. They really can find a mortgage to suit, and because they are truly independent, it's not picked from a small portfolio.

What I really appreciated was the way in which our adviser brought all the research material with him to show us how he selected our mortgage. It made for a truly open discussion and didn't make us feel like we were getting ripped off (unlike previous experiences with other advisers).

I would highly recommend them to anyone.
