IMS Mortgages

Alarm bells should have been ringing when the person I dealt with said she would phone me on Friday at 13:00 to discuss my requirements further but was gone 17:00 time she managed to phone, arranged an appointment for the Tuesday, waited in for her and no show and no call.

So can only be 1 star as what else can that kinda service expect. I actually needed two mortgages arranging so do not understand why they wouldn't want my business but that's life, plenty of other mortgage advisors out there.

Is really embarrassing also for the guy at my work who recommended them.
