And he also knew exactly what notes to add to our application in order to ensure the underwriters understood our case completely with no surprise.

Perhaps most importantly, the broker at Goldsmith's was a genuinely kind person who really wanted us to get our mortgage. That shone through in every interaction we had with him. I think when our mortgage came through and we were accepted he was about as delighted as we were! I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend these brokers to everyone.
