He is a true professional and an expert in commercial property finance who works efficiently and effectively. I don't normally do this but I thought I would on this occasion. I can only rave about Empire Commercial Finance, I spoke to my own bank Lloyds who wanted me to refinance my Commercial Mortgages with them, they wanted to put my rate up as they said my assets were too risky. I was recommended to speak to an advisor, who is one of the Directors at Empire and I can only say what a breath of fresh air he is to deal with. He broke things down for me and explained why Lloyds were doing what they were doing. In the end we moved from Lloyds to Santander, we even spoke to them before approaching Empire and they said know. Empire put our business case forward and we got terms agreed which were better than we had with Lloyds, a big thumbs up to him at Empire.
