Used this firm for a commercial mortgage recently. Wasn't a straight forward transaction but the advisor i spoke to was quickly able to determine the right lender for the circumstances. Their speed of service meant that the case was quickly offered with the lender which resulted in the property being secured ahead of other investors.

I was kept informed all the way through, even when it was down to the solicitors to finalise everything. They would continue to chase and keep me informed.

Another plus about this firm is they don't charge any upfront fees - i have used other firms in the past that have charged a few hundred pounds just to make an application!

I approached Charleston Financial after going directly to my bank without success in order to raise a commercial mortgage to purchase a warehouse we rented. We had also been to other "brokers" who wanted to charge us an upfront assessment fee of £395 just for reviewing our details. The intitial contact with Charleston went well and terms were issued to us within 2 hours of making contact, we were not pestered into going ahead and were given the option of sending documents in to review before completing an application for, the mortgage terms that were quoted were the same terms we completed on, we had an offer from the lender within 5 working days and completed after 6 weeks on the purchase, all of the staff we spoke to were knowledable and were always happy to answer our queries. would not hesitate to recommend.
