What a waste of time and effort. Didn’t know what they were doing, got passed to different advisors that have now left and no one took ownership, no sorry and want to l&c that don’t charge a fee like this company and sorted my mortgage out immediately!

Terrible customer service. Resulted in many tears. I luckily found someone else to take on my case. Even they couldn’t believe how slow they had been and the lack of care given. Would not recommend

This is the 2 second time that the person I dealt with helped me with my Mortgage.

The first time was feb 2018 and it was re-mortgage, she was professional from the start and found me the best deal.

The second time was april 2019 I was buying and selling a house.

This person was professional and helped me sorted out the mortgage but the solicitor messed up by sending the wrong document for the contract exchange.

my then solicitor asked the person I dealt with to sort out a new mortgage company and passed on the responsibility to her knowing it was the solicitor's fault.

She has managed to found a new lender and speed up the process from normal 4 weeks down to just under 2 weeks.

The person I dealt with was fantastic and she has the best knowledge in the field and doing what she does best for her client.

But in the end the house failed through and I have to purchased another house and again she quickly got me a mortgage back with my original lender.

if there is one person I would recommend and it would only be this person.

For a first time buyer I would highly recommend Bishop & Company. I dealt with a lady and I cannot compliment her service enough. from the start to the end of the journey she dealt with everything and all the process with her was stress and hassle free. Even while she was on holiday she had kept me posted on my process. Quick and excellent customer service, a very happy client I am.
