I have contacted b2b on 2 occasions and each time they excelled in giving me in detail advise for a business purchase. Our contact at B2B explained everyuthing clearly and concisely and was always on-hand for any queries or questions we threw at him, even going as far to call me later in the evenings, being the only time I was free. Our borrowing was successful and at a much lower rate than I had expected. The service was totally professional and I would not hesitate to call them first in the future and would heartily recommend B2B to anybody.

We came across B2B Mortgages by chance really. Both my partner and I are usually very busy running our practice and commercial borrowing was and is very much a side issue. In any event we explained our requirements and he was able to source a number of funder's and eventually we settled on a main street bank via B2B mortgages. We had a number of issues that arose through the procedure largely caused by the Bank. In Terms of B2B mortgages the assistance was prompt, effective accurate and reliable.

He made the procedure less time consuming for our purposes and assisted whenever necessary. He also took away the need for negotiation with the bank as clearly he is able to speak the "same language". Having an experienced knowledgeable broker certainly assists greatly in terms of getting the transactions done.

In terms of costs, the reality is that it costs you no more than it would if you do all your own legwork and choose a particular lender as the lender will charge you the same arrangement fee in any event, typically 1.5%. Moreover you are unlikely to be able to source the lowest rates without a substantial time investment.

I would therefore wholeheartedly recommend B2B mortgages to anyone who wants to save a lot of work and ease through issues raised by lenders and obtain the best preferential rates. The whole issue otherwise can become burdensome and time consuming.

Initially I wasn't even sure company's like this existed, we tend to think it has to be a high street bank every time (one of which cost me time and money, making promises they couldn't deliver!). From the moment we made contact the service was swift and precise. Clear paperwork and good systems meant everything was dealt with speedily and without bother. I will have no hesitation recommending them to other business colleagues. I wasn't asked to write a review, but felt inclined to do so.

We have several businesses and now want to downsize and move towards retirement. The first step in this process was to remortgage one of the businesses. The broker I initially approached put me in touch with two companies who both wanted more than 6% interest on the loan. I decided to try Money Supermarket and B2B were their recommended choice. Considering how complicated our affairs are - several properties financed by a number of loans at varying stages of settlement - the form to complete was fairly straightforward. I received a couple of helpful calls  and within a very short time had three offers in principle, the best of which was from a local high street bank in our home town. They were offering 3.2% - around half the cost of the loans the broker had suggested. It has taken a few weeks for the paperwork to be completed and he has been helpful (and always available) at every stage. I cannot recommend B2B highly enough.
