Extremely pleased with the company and customer service.  our mortgage advisor, was very knowledgeable, professional and attentive! He explained the process and options to us very patiently and thoroughly and went above and beyond to seure the best option for our circumstances. Buying a flat for the first time can be a very daunting experience; having his support and expert advice meant that we at least did not have to worry about our mortgage.

My desire to purchase my own home dates back to year 2014 but being a contractor this dream could not be achieved as my SA302 for two years did not contain enough fund to get me the mortgage I was looking for. This delayed my plans but the lady I met at Alexandra Hall kept encouraging and following up with me until January 2016 when I called to check on her and she gave me the good news that the company now has some offers in place for people like me. I began my search and then finally got something. I don't have enough words to describe the kind of services I received from her. She was quite receptive, patience, humble and took time to talk me through all I needed to do, the documentations to submit, the different offers available for me, insurances available for me. She sought for a mortgage lender and in a twinkle of an eye, one of the banks made me an offer and I am currently waiting for when I will be called to pick up my keys. All these happened within the space of a month and few weeks. I cannot forget her phone calls, advice, guidance in a very soft and warm voice. If I drop a mail for her to get in touch, in a jiffy I will receive her call. I am so happy my path crossed with hers and that I chose to go to Alexandra hall.. When I complimented her she assured me that this is the culture Alexandra Hall impact on all its staff. I do believe her because I began to experience this type of treatment right from the staff at the reception. They make you feel very important and are quite warm. They were very patient and followed up on actions, and they followed up with me if for some reason I was delayed responding. Myself & my husband have been in contact with Alexander Hall since mid 2015, when we decided we wanted to purchase. We were put in contact with the person I dealt with , who has been a great advisor throughout our long search, and when we eventually did find the property we wanted (early 2016), the person I dealt with was extremely helpful, and offered advice and guidance throughout. Any time when we required advice, all responses were quick, and we were able to gain a mortgage to suit our needs, and to be processed quickly.

Overall, it was a great experience purchasing our first property, and we would say that the person I dealt with has been a great contributing factor in this, as she took the time to explain and go through things with us, as if we were the only clients she had. We felt that for the fee, we really did get advice, and support that eliminated lots of questions we had, which made the fee all worth while.

Really would recommend going to have a chat with the person I dealt with , if you are looking to buy a property, all is simplified, and it feels as if you have ongoing support throughout your search, right through to completion date.

The advisor gave us excellent support and guidance through out the process. We visited them before we finalised the house and it took only 3 days to obtain the mortgage after we gave offer for the house. They made the process so simple and I am really pleased with their regular followups until the completion of the transaction.
