I have been with the same bank for over 5 years and lately my sister got a new home loan which had a lower rate then mine which led to me shopping around. I found that going from one bank to another led to me finding a few cheaper home loans but it wasn't until I got in touch with 1300 home loan and met with a broker that I really got a rate that was worth switching for.

The mortgage broker (shane) who did the paperwork was really easy to deal with and he streamlined the process. I now have transferred across to the new loan and already my repayments are about $400 less a month. In reality I should of done this a long time ago but am enjoying the saving now.
