Disgusting... Shouldt Be Aloud To Operate
Well pretty similar to everyone else who has left a review here.
Only I received a phone call off besttennatloansuk stating that I had be accepted for my loan of £2000 but first I had to pay a £89.99 fee. I had to pay this fee through the post office on something called a money gram form. The lady I spoke to went by the name of "Jessica" and told me when this fee was paid the loan would be released into my account within 60 minutes.
Obviously the loan wasn't paid. I latter had a phone call off a different advisor who the told me as my credit history was bad that I had to make a £180 security fee to "bypass" the credit search. Now the reason I applied to these people was because I have bad credit so like a fool I paid an extra £180 to try get the loan paid.
Again obviously the loan wasn't paid and I was called by another advisor who told me now I had to pay a guarantor fee of £150. I was out raged by this and asked to speak to a superior. I spoke to a manager who told me that if this fee was paid ( time for you all to sake your head) the loan would be paid and the £180 & £150 would be fully refundable.
Now at this point I felt I was in a situation not just to try secure te loan but also to regain what I have also lost.
So again like a complete fool I paid the £150 fee. Just for them to call me back another 30 minutes later to ask for £170 before they transferred me the fund as they couldnt transfer anything under te value of 2.500.
I refused to pay and asked for an immediate refund of the full amount I paid and was told it would take 90 days.
Latter in the day I visited the police station and took with me all proof of payments and emails that actually clearly state that after the 2nd payment they should have paid me the loan as the guarneteed.
I am now looking in to the miss selling act and refuse to let these people get away with this!!
I no that maybe " desperate times call for desperate measures" that's why we apply to these things!
But this is a disgrace and I hope they get shut down.
I have just had the same thing happen to me, but i refused to pay the extra payment as they wanted £350 off me. I to asked to a refund and got told it would take 3months for me to get my money back. The onyl thing i don't have is any proof of paperwork only a phone number, and some vouchers that they asked me to buy.
I don't think this is a proper company just some one trading out of small room conning money out of people.
OMG!! i wish i would of seen these before i did this :( i applied for a loan of £5000 i chose this company because they seemed to be offering the lowest apr and it seem straight forward! i never had to pay the brokers fee but i was told i had to pay £180 to prove that i could afford the monthly payments as i have bed credit! i thought that seemed all ok...so i payed that into a guys account which i thought was odd :/ going into lloyds and paying money into a random mans account! i did that then they called me back and said it had all gone ok..they then asked for my card details to pay the money into my bank within 45 minutes but he had to get someone else to ring me to do that because he wasn't allowed to! ( ohhhhh k then ) an hour went by and then they rang and it was the same man! he took them and asked for then 200 pound...which silly enough i gave into...they have had £380 out of me...and iv still not seen this loan money! £380 which i really need...there still asking me now for money to get my loan....!! what the hell do we do...pay it off before we get it! NEVER EVER USE THEM!
i went to bestloansuk 2days ago for a 5000 loan i did all the paper work and they told me that if ipaid 250 pounds iwould have the 5000 in my bank account that day. but they would not accept payment using my bank card so they told me to get a ukash voucher which i foolishly did.i rang them and gave em the number i later checked my account to find it hadnt been paid in so i rang them again then they wanted 299 poundsto carry on with the loan i refused and told them that i had reported them to trading standards uk fraud and i wanted my money back so now i got to wait 90days for my money which i won t get back .these people are still ringing me every day trying to get me to pay this money they even offered to reduce the 299pounds to 100pounds to carry on with the loan application now this shows they will go to any length to extort money out of people and extortion is what it is this company should be made to cease trading in this country so anybody thinking about a loan with this company please save your money and don t touch them with a bargepole they r crooks

I Had Massive Problems With Tenants Loans Infor
I had massive problems with Tenants Loans Information way back in 2006 and i cant believe that they are still trading! back in 2006 i rec a letter from them telling me i had been approved 4 a loan of up to £3000 and all i had to do was contact them and my loan would be paid 2 me in 3 days max. i duly rang them and paid my fee of £50. Four days later i rec a letter from them 2 say that they had found a "negative entry" on my credit file but they could still process my loan if i could provide a guarantor 4 my loan! I rang the company and pointed out to them that it was they who had originally contacted me and they had clearly stated in that letter that i had already been approved 4 a loan so how could they now say they had found a "negative entry"? Their answer was that the letter should have said "provisionally approved pending a satisfactory credit check". They then said that if my guarantor paid another £50 my loan could still be paid out in 3 days. I demanded a refund of my £50 and told them i would be contacting trading standards. Their response was "as the misprint in the letter was our error we will, as a gesture of goodwill, reduce your guarantors payment to £25 if it is paid now"! I think you can imagine what my response 2 that was! It took me seven weeks of phone calls and emails 2 finally get my money back but. even now, i am still getting letters from them telling me ive been approved for a loan of (now) up to £5000 and the "misprint" is still there!

After Paying My £49.50 Fee... I Complained
After paying my £49.50 fee... I complained to them that the quality of details they were sending me were unsuitable for me and asked for a full refund.
3 days later received a cheque for £45 ( £49.50 less brokerage fee they said)
So I would say they seem legitimate enough and may be suitable for some people.

I Applied To Tenants Loands Information Having Rec
I applied to Tenants Loands Information having recieved a letter from them.
They guaranteed me a loan, so i paid the fee £49.50
They then sent me one letter saying apply to a certain lender (they declined on my postcode being out of their catchment area)
They then sent me one letter giving the phone number of a debt line to set up a debt management plan
They then sent me one letter to apply to another lender who declined my application
When I applied they did not say I would have to keep applying for endless loans, creating more and more credit searches on my credit file which I feel may have made it even harder to get accepted.

I Applied To Tenant Loans After Requesting £
I applied to Tenant Loans after requesting £4000.00 they also offered me £3000. With FLM who require a guarantor, I have requested a refund which I will fight for the are also saying they collect money for a childrens charity. It would be intresting to know if the charity is aware of this.

Requested A Loan Of £4k Through Tenants Loa
Requested a loan of £4k through Tenants Loan Information, was offered a guaranteed loan for this amount subject to a fee of £49.95. Left this for a couple of weeks when they wrote again and reduced the fee to £24.99. Sent off the fee and within a couple of days received a loan form from FLM for £3k requiring a guarantor at an APR of 48%.
Needless to say this wasn't taken up, just need to wait another 4 months before reclaiming the fee.
I Applied For A Loan Of 5k They Said I Could Have
I applied for a loan of 5k they said i could have it in 3 days if i paid £50 up front. I questioned this and said why should i pay £50 up front when it could be taken from the 5k. Their answer was it is for the costs of setting it up. I was told they are not a broker and my information would be kept on their files and NOT passed to any other loan companies. i asked to speak to a manager as i was not happy with paying £50 up front. After being on hold for 15 minutes a "supervisor" informed me it is their policy to take your card number to process the application with the £50. I asked why it was so much and got a strange answer in costs of paperwork and man hours to process it quickly! i was promised if in the unlikely event of not finding a loan for me i would receive a full refund. Even though i was told i had a loan!! in the end i didnt pay the fee and thank goodness i didnt. Trading standard really should investigate this company and all the other companies that operate in this way. they are all scams trust none of them!!! they all do the same thing. oh and i keep getting calls and mail from a load of other companies that tenant loans sent my details to!!

They Took The Wrong Number Of My House Down So Whe
They took the wrong number of my house down so when I rang to chase the loan they refused to speak to me saying I would need to send in proof of identity first. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor and then said he would ring me back in 48 hours which he didn't.
I Am Having Issues Getting My Money Back Also. The
I am having issues getting my money back also. They are demanding me to put in a request for a call investigation but my query is with what the offer was - I also found a lower offer which they guranteed they will find me the lowest offer for my circumstances. I got a generic letter today which is more like a "fob off!".
Well Folks, Just To Update You. I Got My Money Bac
Well folks, just to update you. I got my money back after emailing the directors of the company. I was then passed to some guy, I was told it would take up to ten working days to go back into my account. I thought this was rubbish and told them so and that if the money wasn't back in my account within the time frame they said then I would begin legal proceedings. Within 48 hours the money was back in my account.
Be persistent, don't let them side track you and keep notes of the conversation. I am going to make it my business from now on to talk people out of using this so called service and I will also be encouraging as many people as possible to get their money back.
Let's start the revolution folks! They take advantage of vulnerable people.
