Applied for a refund. Not realising they was a broker thought stupidly i was paying a administration fee for a loan ..After a week i have still not received any confirmation they are going to refund me of nearly seventy quid...don't get any response...don't get involved people.
i've just written a similar review. They legally cannot keep the full 70 odd quid as a broker they are only 'entitled' to 5 pounds for the service. Keep harrassing them!! dont let them get away with it. they prey on innocent people the whole company is a scam run by parasites
