i applied for a loan with these they charged me 69.50 and didnt get me a loan
they say in terms and conditions you can cancel within 14 days
i put request in writing as they advised that was 8 weeks ago
never heard a word back from them
this is now with financial ombudsman these appear on internet as express loans they say you are accepted take 69.50 from you and do nothing
scam avoid at all costs they do not give you the fee back as they state

More Financial I Had No Idea Who They Were
i made an application on a third party site i looked at my bank account and they told me who the company was i have never heard of them prior to this, I have tried calling them on numerous occasions, with no success however my bank have said that they will look at refunding me the money immdiately and chasing them for this. They have caused me to go overdrawn and incurred charges. i will be seekin immdiate compensation especially as I had spoken to noone and had not authorised any payment to anyone.

Do Not Give Them Any Money Up Front
This company contacted me regarding a loan. They asked for my card details for a 69.50 fee. I was not able to afford it at the time of the call and the person I spoke to assured me I could pay it when I had the money. We agreed on a date of 5th December 2011 and I gave my card details. To my utter horror, they actually deducted the 69.50 the same day as the call, leaving me very short of money. I have since heard nothing from them, and have written asking for a refund as per their terms and conditions. If I dont received a response from them, I shall go to the Financial Ombudsman.

I rang them and applied for a loan and got told it was ready for me. I parted with 69.50. I then got some dodgy form in my email inbox which I signed and sent back. (With hindsight I should not of done this). I then got no email confirmation.
I rang them on 0844 8803595 and got given two other numbers to call as they were the applications department and said they couldn't help me.
I rang 0844 100 440 and also 0844 2478347 and no answer- rang repeatedly. I called back the original number and they said keep calling- no response.
I have contacted the Financial Ombudsman Service on 0300 123 9 123 or 0800 023 4567 (they are open until 6pm) and made a complaint. They are going to write to them- unfortunately I will have to wait up to 8 weeks and even then if it is not resolved I will have to contact the Ombudsman for chasing them up. I was given a reference number and it is an official complaint. There is no other option available. I will also claim for cost of calls. I have cancelled my bank card to be on the safe side too.
My advice would be not to deal with this company- or cancel the payment if you have made it asap. If it is too late (like for me) then ring the ombudsman.
