We have bought several items from MDG and have been customers for over 10 years. I find the process of ordering and recieving very easy and stress free. Don't mind paying the extra financing as its spread out over a period of time and i have the option of paying out earlier. I have contacted their customer service several times to inquire about different things and have always recieved a prompt and indepth response to my inquires. I have had to make payment changes a couple of times and find that they are very accomidating. Products always arrive in a timely manner and have never had any real problems with them, with the exception of my desktop, the wires where caught up in the fan, but that was likely done in shipping, so i don't blame MDG for this little problem. Like i've said i find all my dealings with them fantastic. Wish other companies would take lesson's on customer service from them.

They are a 5 star or more company when it comes to customer service.

Tip for consumers: the only problem that i have is i wish they had a break down of the bill they send bi-monthly. (eg how much is owing on each product.) instead if i want this info i have to email a rep, then wait a day or two to get the response. Would make budgeting a lot better if i had this info readly available.

I never imagined doing business over the internet would be so easy. Items were received promptly and as advertised - what more could you ask for?

This company simply rocks! I was approved within couple of mins, and the whole process of getting my order delivered to me took less than a month. I am still enjoying my powerful lenovo laptop till today. I have nothing bad to say about the company. The employees were supportive and assisted me as needed.

MDG was my source for a top quality computer but without requiring tones of money up front. The process is easy, my computer was in the mail in less then a month and now I have two and my credit continues to build for more products. Love it!!!

We got a TV and Samsung tablet bundle with MDG and we absolutely love everything. Our TV is amazing and we got a free camera and memory card with our tablet which was awesome with having four kids. We are very happy with our purchase from MDG.

When I first started with MDG they had computers, and gaves, with the time, they added lots of product such as furnitures and appliances.

We could not afford to get a brand new tv for our family outright, but through MDG computers we were able to get the right tv that suited us and our needs and its not breaking our bank either. We barely notice that we pay for it each month!! The service was excellent and quick and we were very impressed with how easy and fast it was to receive our new tv!! I would definitely recommend anyone try using MDG to finance their newest electronic! Yes the interest rate can be higher but you barely notice that you ar paying anything for it with the easy direct withdrawal out of your account! You pick the day too!
