i am with LV since 7 year for home and content insurance, i find them good i made so far 2 claims, good thing is they use home serve as there repair agent and service was prompt on all occasions.

call centres are in uk so people understand local problems, in most cases insurance companies ask clients to arrange 3 builders and then they use cheapest one to get the job done and client pay from pocket.

not with lv things get done by them and prompt. recommended to all

We took a live quote for car insurance with Liverpool Victoria, they have confirmed that they knew this took place then when I had an accident a few days later they denined that we tried to get a quote, so in other words all be very careful and make sure you speak with an live agent to confirm what the internet states. They apparently had a internet problem but it never showed up as this.
