atoz loans UR TRIBUNAL is put in place only asked for refund once twice same answer everytime 1 7 days lalala now I am doing something about it

I fell into the same trap back in march wrote to the company atoz loans only to find out wrong company you need a2z loans notice the difference in the to/2 AtoZ loans don't take a few where as A2Z loans do along with their sister companies I heard from AtoZ loans with a company name and address to write to they of course didn't reply so got in touch with financial ombudsman who wrote to them guess what my money was put into my bank account yesterday not bad considering it took nine months so percivere don't let the grind you down the company to contact is Scott Richardson Ltd 4 the beeches beech lane wilmslow Cheshire sk9 5er if no luck contact financial ombudsman and good luck

They took money without me knowing £57.99 they promised me my money after I wrote my letter of refund and they promised it was going to be in my account on August 30th 2014. It never happened so I harassed them so much they gave me a refund of £52.99 today.i quoted them of the consumers act ,talked about taking them to a tribunal,trading standards ,getting lawyers on to them.my advice is keep hassling them until they can't take it.

Someone fraudulantly used my personal detail to apply for a2zloans i knew nothing about it untill i went to lift money from my bank and was told who had taken the money, the bank then started a dispute and lost because they could give the bank my personal details even though i told them i had lost my purse which contained all my personal details, i also had money taken by another broker and the same thing happend with my other bank account ! I contacted a2z loans and explained everything to them and the triex to tell me the bank was dealing with it and i had to supply proof saying otherwise the i also had to fill in and send back a request for refund form which i did and i still havent recived any form of refund i have sent 5 or 6 emails over the past few days which i have had no reply ! I advise no one to ever go near a2z loans !

MY REFUND DATE WAS ON 12TH AUGUST NOW IS 26 TH AUGUST AND THERE IS NO REFUND BEEN RETURNED ,SO BAD COMMUNICATION ,I DO ASK PEOLE DONT SIGN ANYTHING FROM THIS PEOPLE

This company is the worst ever... They said they was going to give me a refund nearly 2 months after I had send my refund form back and they didn't even refund me it... They said it could take up to 5 working days to go into my back but 10 days past and nothing still, I emailed them again and said they was going to reissue it that day and could take up to 5 working days and now its been 8 working days and I am still yet to receive my refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....

Im currently trying to get a refund A2Z kindly sent me a form via email asking me to complete and return and i should expect my refund within 30 days from the date they recieve it back. All good i thought until i tried to complete the form and no matter where i saved it WORD etc im for whatever reason still unable to type on this form and return it. I have contacted them again only to be fobbed off with the legalities of why they are not obliged to pay the refund, i recommend no one uses this company!!

This company uses a loop hole to get around the law. The only way to get your money back is to send them a recorded letter within Severn days. If you do this by law the company will have to refund you the amount taken.

THEY ARE NOT A LOAN COMPANY !!!! Don't give your bank details,they will share with other brokers and money WILL disappear from you bank account.No loan at the end of it,just endless amounts of brokers that swarm your account and take funds as soon as money is paid in.
