Totally Disgusting… No Response Receive
First complained 7 months ago to sunny (Elevate Credit International Limited), I sent to FOS, they upheld my complaint,,, 3 weeks ago. FOS advised they would contact me not heard a thing,, Now Sunny is ignoring me and have not replied to either of my 8 emails ,, I've gone back to the FOS, I dont understand why it is taking you so long to pay me,, ,, No response received whatsoever, TOTALLY DISGUSTING..

After looking around I found sunny to be the easiest and fastest way to lend some quick cash. Easy affordable repayments that wont put me in any financial difficulty. Easy application and sorted within minutes. Fast payment and there website is easy to log into and have a look at how much you owe and when payments are. Overall very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend to people wanting help in the future. Only thing I didn't agree was they ask to log into your bank. Didn't really want to but it's part of the application I guess.

Dubious at request to pay £1.99 to verify details on application is this legit?
Do you receive any paperwork from sunny or is it all done online?
Do they have a calculator to work out the repayments?
I am trying to take a loan with Sunny. Do they take any fees? Why do they need the long number card?
Stay away from this people and do not give them the number of you card, cause they will mug you!!!
Why do they need my full debit card details before I have been accepted? As they say they do not have any fees so I would like a reason as I feel this is dodgy considering I can't find their full terms and conditions that could have hidden fees etc in it on their web page!
I think it is to prove you have a debit card, so that they know when it is time for you to pay, you are who you say you are, And that you are good for the repayments.
