Compay Won't Refund Missold Charges
I used this company in April when looking for a short term loan, they did not explain the take an upfront fee for their business, I contacted them straight away and was told I'd get a refund, however its 8 months later and I still don't have it, the phone lines are constantly busy - I've never spoken to anyone except via email, I've lost count of how many emails I've sent and I'm just being ignored.
