not return the money even though I have already the third time I feel cheated

stupidly i gave these ***** my bank details after asking if there was going to be a charge and was told there is no charge so i did so after geting ino my emails to read the terms and found there was a £79 charge after a bit of a argument with this guy i told them i wasnt willing to sign the agrement he told me tought iv already taken the money but lookly they canot take the money with out my signature so my money will be sat in limbo for 5 days then back into my bank iv also reported them to trading standers and ombudsman witch were great they on the other hand well all i can say is youy live and learn

Been doing research on company and getting mixed messages on feedback, would anyone recommend using this company?

The heading states Right Finance Ltd. Right Finance Ltd is a DORMANT COMPANY. Right Finance on the otherhand is based in Slough. Do not confuse the two it could have serious consequences.

As I was trying to find a loan & quick I stupidly didn't read all the terms @ conditions before entering my card details.

I stupidly did this 3 times.

The reason I wanted to write a review about right finance is compared to their counterparts they aren't all that bad!

When I called up complaining they had taken £69,95 from my bank they were pretty good. Sent me a refund form & paid me back all but £5 of what they took. And very quickly!

The other 2 companies who I called & did the same didn't! They took £30 for admin & refunded me the rest!

So although these types of companies are unethical & prey on the skint & vulnerable. It seems to me right finance are the best of a bad bunch!

It will teach me not to be so stupid & actually read things before giving them my bank details!

At 30 you'd think i would know better!

How people work for this company is a disgrace, robbing innocent people of money making out that they can help out just to be offered a pay day loan at %1734, the government should shut down companies like this.

Wow what can I say Right finance or Right Financial whatever they call themselves as well Mr Unsecured Loans/Elite Loans and Mortgages are total rubbish lucky for me I wasn't fleeced of the processing fee as well as the deposit fee , because I made sure it was cancelled as I didn't receive the loan, my issue is with Right Financial initially because they pointed me to a lender called Mr Unsecured Loans which is a part of Elite Loans and Mortgages in Swansea. Im currently in discussion with the Financial Ombudsman, Im very persistent Yes Loans have tried it with me before and I got my money back I will not give up, this company will be shut down just like Yes Loans. Mr Unsecured loans promised me a loan of £2000 over 2 years they asked for a upfront monhtly payment of £110 which I did only to be told I would need to pay another 170 to them for tax purposes and then they would pay in the £2000 as well as the £170.I didnt do this as it didn't make any sense to part with any money so I asked for a refund. This company is totally unproffesional they continually tell lies first of all yesterday they said I'd get the money back at 5:30 pm to no avail, they wouldnt pick the phone up only did so when I used my partners phone they clearly thought it would be another sale they told me the money would be in my account this morning or he said to wait till Thursday as there was a meeting with Directors and I still might be able to get a loan, I was already livid at this point so I demanded a refund. It still didn't come, spoke again today was told to check at 5:30 pm and it would be there still not there, spoke to one of the rudest people I've ever spoke to and told me the money has left there account am I child, check with your bank the problem is with your bank its left our account it will be with you tomorrow morning so I know it wont be there tomorrow as I've checked with my bank, they claim that ringing me back ensures they will process the refund but I dont see why it took a minute for them to receive the 110 but over a day to receive a refund I'm still waiting,anyway if anyones experiencing the same issue and would like to discuss anything let me know I shall update as and when I receive the refund.

people you must avoid right finance they are based in slough they are a total bunch of robbing people they have stole 4 lots of money from my partners account they have continued doing this even after having a go at them telling them not to, they havent give the loan and dont do anything about finding the loan they have stole so much money over £400 and will be taking these people to trading standards as they will not continue with this avoid them you will never see your money and they wont stop taking it
