Same Scam As Benleics Suffered
Do not use this company!!! I had exactly the same experience as Benleics faced - they claimed that an extension charge of £15 had been refused by my bank - and then charged £60 fee! My bank confirmed nobody had approached for payment & that the funds were there even if they had. I paid back the full loan including the fee straightaway to avoid them claiming a further £50 for purportedly 'missed payments' on day 2, and further charges up to £300 - I will pursue the £60 charge, their tactics are so transparent and their fees so extortionate they cannot be left to act in this way
I have also had problems with this company. They sent me text messages saying that I could extend my loan upto 5pm on the due date. On 2 occasions, they took the full balance 12 hours before it was due.
that's called fraud. quid24.com are fraudsters.

Terrible Service And Extortionate Charges
I borrowed £100 from this Company on 14th October 2011 and was supposed to pay back £110 on 21st October 2011
I received a text message saying that if I wanted longer to repay the loan they would take £15 from my Debit card and extend the loan for another 7 days after 5pm so I let them do this automatically
I received an email this morning saying the Bank declined their payment (I checked with the Bank and they didn't even request one)and that a £60 admin fee would be added to my balance and another £50 admin fee will be added tomorrow
I have emailed them 5 times as they do not have a phone number and have no response. According to there website they will now charge me £300 if this is not paid back within the next 6 days
There Customer Service is a joke. I dunno now whether to cancel my Debit card and let them take me to Court as the money is and was available when they said it wasn't
i know i am them £375 for a 100 pound loan
I had a similar situation with them last month, took a 7-day £100 loan and asked after 5-days if they can roll it over for another week. They said yes but then charged me additional £200 for the additional few days. I got paid £350 for the week and they took £300 from my account. I have reported them to FOS and OFT.
