Never signed up never had my new bank card and they were talking money out my acoiunt says they would refund it which they did and took it back out 4 hours later bunch of showery fcuk avoid at all cost shocking Custom service on the phone for about 1hr waiting to get through just to get more money out of you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - ********************

I sent my refund form off on the 16th June, they told me to wait 30 Calander days for refund, so I did and still no refund. Rang them they said to wait until next week, waited..still no refund. Rang for the 2nd time, got told it would be in the week after, again I waited and still no money, I've rang them three time this week and not gotten through, sent plenty of emails and still nothing. Waited on the phone 60 minutes each time, solicitor is now getting involved.

I too have been ripped of by this company. I checked my online banking to find they had took £56.12 from my account I found it strange because I hadn't signed up for anything with this company. When I got in touch they told me they would cancel my registration and refund my account but first I had to complete a cancellation form which I done online and by post I was advised that the funds would be back in my account within 30 day. Am still waiting I have emailed with no reply and have also tried calling but have been unable to get through. I am going to seek legal advise and also my local MP. The sooner these companies go the better.

They emailed me saying the money would be back in my account in 7 days. They had the wrong details wrong date of birth, every time i call there is never a manager available. It has been 8 weeks now iv spent over a hundred pound on fone calls to them. Disgusting and they get away with it but if its was us to miss a payment then they would charge us. I think we should be able to charge them for stealing from my account. I never signed anything or with any other loan company.

They took £50 out of my account and then about £60 straight after! I rang up the man on the phone was rude and told me to email them and fill a form out, I did so which lead to no result!! I rang back and they told me to resend it. 1 week later still nothing! It's been 3 weeks now with still not a penny back! There an absolute disgrace!!!!!!

Signed up and they took 60 from my bank i got bombarded with text and calls from companies ive never heard off and some couldn even find online i disnt want the loan so asked for money back i had to fill out forms and send back man wasnt clear off instructions he told me to write a letter so i did never to the address he told me and my letter was returned! I rang up again then to be told they would send me an email to print of fill out and return again by post different address this time still didnt hear nothinf back rang yet again to be told by a lady i could email back that then tooo 14 days which then took another 30 days after that i rang after about 32 days they said it would be in my account by 5.30 that evenin still no money left it another 5 days rang back and the man said he couldnt understand why it hadnt gone in and said they make another payment i was reassured it would take 1 to 5 working days we will see somethig very dodgy he didnt even question me not recieving the payment jus took my word so it had blantly not been sent out when they said its a joke companies can take money out within seconds buts it takes weeks to get it back disgustion customer service and terrible company

Used these people the same way everyone does, when times are really desperate.

They didn't say they were taking money out and just did it.

I then got about 60 texts offering me money from dodgy companies.

I told money warehouse that I wasn't going to take the loan and wanted the £50 back.

They made me fill in a form which asked for a ref number which I didn't have so had to wait 3 days for that, they then said I would get it in 14 days, that didn't happen. They then said this:

We aim to refund you within 14 working days however legally we have 30 calendar days to return the funds, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

You refund was processed on the 12th May which means you will receive the funds within 30 calendar days from that date.

Nothing happened, I then threatened to contact the ombudsman and they promised it by last Friday, still nothing!

I am now going to do a letter to them, the ombudsman and my local mp. Payday loans are all over the news at the moment, I think of they catch you out, we should all do the same.

This company have took £50 from my account.

After contacting them, I was advised I needed to fill out a form to request my money back which I did immediately.

I was then advised to allow 14 days for the money to be refunded. 14 days later and I still didnt receive my funds.

I have contacted them again and received a standard response advising I should allow another 30 days... 30 days later and my money is still not back in my account!!!!

Does anybody know any ways of contacting this customer apart from email???

I am absolutely disgusted.

They took 50.00 out of my account without me saying they could have emaile twenty times no response have tried to call but they just keep you on hold to clock up big phone bill taking money off vulerable people can't even afford my son football boots now !!! Something needs to be done to protect us people

Absolute rubbish. Customer service terrible, 'agents' don't know left from right and complete lack of communication. Phone queue chucks you off after 40 minutes or so after being caller number 1 for 20. Emailed, raised complaints and wrote to this company regarding a refund that never happened with no reply whatsoever, not even an acknowledgement of complaint but you can thank the very lenient FCA for that one. MoneyWarehouse are full of poo and I would love to meet the people in charge if they dare show themselves in daylight. . I don't have an issue with what they do, as I made the application and was stupid enough to apply for a payday loan, but I do however have an issue with being ignored.
