No Good Customer Fast Track Application
I have used the pay day loan facility numerous times and have no real issue with it on the whole,however as i have been on holiday and found my bank account slightly over drawn which caused idosh to request a email of my last bank.After being told i should have sent it to help@idosh and not customer service address i was then informed they hadnt recieved it although i had no return of the email to tell me it was unsent.I then informed adviser on the telephone to withdraw my application as it was now 3 days later.I also sent a email to customer services to request my account to be closed and to remove my details from there data base. Iam now recieving texts and calls several times daily.I have had no response to any email but appear to be getting harassed from a company that clearly didnt want to pay out the loan because
of the lack of £2 in my bank account which they had previously the month before got a repayment from.I understand that you have to be careful when offering loans but to treat good customers who pay on time this way a poor customer service.Im sure someone in the company will read this so can you please pass on that i now chose to not use your company and that i wish not to recieve any further communication from email,text or calls.

As a responsible lender it is never our intention to "harass". This is for sure an oversight and our call centre agents are clearly trying to call you in order to make sure that they receive your bank statements and are able to help to provide you with the loan which you requested.
We are unsure as to the reason of why you were asked for bank statements and we ask for bank statements for several reasons, the fact that you did not have £2 in your bank account may not be the reason, but we need to deal with this on a case by case basis.
In our mission to be responsible we will ask for bank statements if we need additional information to try and be sure that the customer who is taking the loan from iDosh will be able to repay the loan. We understand this can be frustrating and at times repayment of a past loan does not mean that our underwriters do not need to do additional checks for subsequent loans.

The staff at IDosh were very helpful. Answered my questions and the money was in my account within 2 days(I didn't select faster option). On my due date they took the money out of my account and promptly sent me a text to say loan repaid and an email too. The website was very easy to use and most of the queries I had were already answered in the FAQs section. The website was also very easy to navigate and the Application form was quick and simple to complete. I didn't find anything that I didn't like during my loan process. I would recommend IDosh to anybody who asked me about my opinion that is looking for a payday loan

idosh was easy to use and it took me a few minutes to complete the application form. Once the application form had been completed the money I requested was with me within an hour. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to family and friends

i just want to say that idosh was ok to begin with and then we paid it all back, which was good, but when we reapplied we couldnt have any more and this ruined our day and our holiday as we were going away the following day,we had to cancel our hols, they didnt give us any reason as to why we were refused again and i wouldnt recommend them to anyone else as they didnt look after us at all.

iDosh is a lender that is committed to the principles of responsible lending. A key compontent of the responsible lending code to which we abide is that we need to make a resonable assessment as to a customers ability to meet repayments in a sustainable manner. To this end we make an assessment of the customers circumstances at each stage that they are looking to take out a new loan.
If you would like more details on your specific case and why you were declined for a loan I would encourage you to email [email protected] and ask for specific reasons.
I would also like to remind everyone that a payday loan is meant to be used for a short term cash emergency.

Got a loan, went back after getting invited, got refused on a technicality, now in a payment plan to get rid of cowboys such as these!!!...AVOID PAYDAY LOANS!!!!

From the information above it appears as if you were approved for a loan, repaid your loan and then came back to apply for a second loan from iDosh at which point you were rejected. If this is indeed the case then you should not be in a payment plan with iDosh as you would not have an open loan. Please forgive me if my understanding of your situation is not correct.
iDosh works hard to ensure that we underwrite correctly so that our customers are able to repay their loans and that we avoid landing up in situations where our customers are on payment plans.
We feel that it is our committment to being a responsible lender and not acting as cowboys which ensures that we do not recklessly lend money to customers who may in fact not be able to meet their repayment commitments
an iDosh loan is for a short term cash emergency or for those situations where customers are looking for conveniece and ease of use.

They dont give people chance, they offer a apply service to show bank statements but pointless as they say they cant override the system

iDosh carries out credit checks on all customers. When you apply for an iDosh loan we use credit bureaus in order to make a decision as to the customers ability to repay their loan. In very rare circumstances if we feel that we need more information in order to make an accurate decision we will ask customers to submit their bank statements. If at this point we are satisfied that an iDosh loan is suitable for the customer and that the customer will be able to meet their repayment requirements then we will grant a loan to the customer

£150 Cash In My Bank In A Matter Of Minutes
A couple of weeks ago, I had run out of cash in my account due to my boiler packing up, when my dog was sick and I got presented the vet bill I had to find money fast to cover this bill.
I tried to get my overdraft extended but the bank wouldn't buldge, so a friend of mine suggested I used idosh.
I had never used a site like this, but as it came recommended by a friend it put my mind to rest. The site was very easy to use. I chose the amount I wanted to borrow, filled in some personal and work details as well as my bank details and after a few seconds I got approved for a loan and had the cash transfered into my account that same day.
