your companying "aproved" my loan of £2000 without a guarantor but demanded that I paid a guarantor fee of £100 that you said would be refunded to me when the loan was paid into my account. you asked for it to be paid via 2 £50 Paysafe vouchers. even though I was dubious I paid the £first £50 voucher as agreed with with your customer service represenantive. he contacted a few hours later to say your finance department wanted the other £50 to pay the £2000 loan into my account immediately. I the received another call from your transfer department demanding another £200 to be paid for an electronic transfer fee to my bank as the was supposedly a 797 error sent from my bank rejecting the transfer. I was told throughout this application that the moneies I spent on these unexpected demands for money that it would be refunded. at this point I refused to pay any further money and was told by that my guarantor fee was none refundable. I then report your company to West Yorkshire police who gave me a log number and a contact number for Actionfraud so that they can investigate you shady bussiness practices. I will warn anyone who is desperate and vunerable enough to try and do business with you not too.
