Very bad service. I requested an additional card for my wife, without giving Discover her SSN. They reported this to the credit bureua without any notice. I complained to BBB, one representative replied that this would not ruin my wife's credit history. In the mean time, my wife's own application for Discover was denied for this stupid additional account (I transferred some fund, so there is a high balance).

I like the ability to display larger type onscreen, set up email alerts and figure out how to spend any rewards, without a lot of complications or page scrolling or searching.

I just got an email that I forgot to make a payment. Which was helpful. Saved me any late payment fees. And I redeem my rewards when they hit $20 and get a $40 gift certificate immediately and then send flower to my aunt. $20 reward for $40 in flowers makes it easy for me to be thoughtful.
