I went to buy a car from a dealer in Birmingham. Car was nice but finance arrangement was strange to say the least. The dealer didn't seem to have much of an idea about the legal elements of the loan. I decided to look into it and the dealer was not legally entitled to provide finance. Also, the company offering the finance (Go Buy Any Car) did not appear to have a licence either. I was worried about how this would pan out in the event of a problem so decided to buy elsewhere. In the end Zuto did my loan with an FCA authorised dealer.
