Not The Best By Far
Went though all the finance and was told I could spend £8400 on a new car once I found one I meet up with a nice lady called suki at the dealership where the car I wanted was we went all over the finance and arranged for car to be fitted with a little black box, but when engineer arrived at dealership to fit the little black box the car wasn't there they said ithey in there garage being sorted out so he will need to come back tomorrow which he did but still no car it's still in garage this is now 2 weeks ago. I've tried to contact the finance company to ask them to cancel my finance on that car and I'll look else where due to the fact if after 2 weeks it still in garage then it must have major problems more then what the dealership is letting on but will they cancel finance or ring me back so disgusted with them it's unreal....IF YOU NEED FINANCE THEN PLEASE FIND A DIFFERENT FINANCE COMPANY AS THIS LOT ONLY HAVE THERE INTERESTS/COMMISSION AT HEART NOT THE CUSTOMERS.

Bad Business Model
After being let down by other so called finance companies, I decided after speaking directly with a member of staff at Getmefinance to pay the £25 processing fee via card over the phone. After 24 hours I had the acceptance come through, and yes I could have upto £6000.00 to spend on a new car as the lady had promised would happen. The only thing that was never mentioned was that I had to find 35% deposit if buying a car through themselves or 40% deposit if going to any other garage that had a Consumer Credit License (Which is harder than you think as most these days don't have one.)
If I had a couple or thousand hanging around then I wouldn't really be needing finance from the likes of these companies in the first place.
They should state the facts about deposits before asking people to apply and paying the £25 fee, this would stop a lot of people applying I would say and therefore cut down on their income.
No I wasn't refused everywhere else, infact I found a local finance company who helped me without charging me any fees upfront. And the guaranteed fee re-embursment thing that Getmefinance offer is a joke also because to get your £25 back from them you have to provide the paperwork for the new car in your name, which they know 100% that the paperwork is in the name of the Finance Company until the last payment has been made on the loan secured against the vehicle. BIG LESSON learnt here. And I will never recommend GetMeFinance.
At least you got some kind of offer there Stanton177. Im guessing you were refused everywhere else too. Hope you gave them all a terrible review and not the company who actually put trust in you And made you an offer !!

The guys @ getmefinance offered me a loan , when I'd been declined @ four other places.
I had to pay more deposit than I wanted, but hey!
They then arranged for a box to be fitted to my new car
Every month , when I pay , they text
Me a code for the car and away I go

Probably Tessey , because you have never been in the situation where you have poor credit. Its a lifeline to some people , however ignorant people like you don't quite understand it, and would have people who have bad credit flogged and never given a chance !!
Its a very narrow minded person who would make such a statement.
