We Had Our Dogs Covered By 24petwatch Pet Insuranc
We had our dogs covered by 24PetWatch Pet insurance. Don't bother wasting your money with this company. We've had nothing but problems with them. They will not pay claims. Every time we've made a claim, they either say they can't pay until they receive the dog's full medical history or that they never received the claim. We've faxed multiple copies of medical histories, including the successful fax transmission reports of previous attempts and they still refuse to acknowledge they received any information. They gave us an alternative 'priority' fax line to use and the same thing happened. They claim they never received the required documents. After cancelling the coverage on our animals, they still billed us! I called their cancelation depatment, again, and they said last time the call went to a regular customer service rep and not a cancellation rep. This company is very shady and is not to be trusted.

Firstly, The Phone People Are Not Well Trained, An
Firstly, the phone people are not well trained, and thus not knowledgeable about the details of plans or claims. So, you have to leave your number for a manager to call you back, which doesn't happen promptly. So I spent a lot of time calling them to follow up. Secondly, they took well over a month to respond to my claim, even though they quote 7 - 10 days. Thirdly, they will not pay out easily unless you challenge a claim and point out the obvious reasons why your pet should be covered. Even then they may reach certain maximum levels of pay out and add unjustified exclusions on your pet's insurance plan thereafter. I just got fed up of the PetCare Cat Insurance service.

I Have 5 Cats And All Of Them Are Insured Through
I have 5 cats and all of them are insured through PetCare. I pay $120 a month for all of them, and have paid faithfully for more then 4 years now. They need to consider their customer service level, as one request after another is very very annoying.
