Useless Company Useless Customer Services
VERY HARD TO CONTACT LONG QUEUES ON THEIR HELPLINE / AFTER CARE NUMBER. TRIED SEVERAL TIMES, THEN SOMEONE FINALLY ANSWERED & PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK THAT DAY, 3 DAYS LATER NO RETURN CALL FORCED TO CALL THEM FOR A SECOND TIME, THEY APLOGISED AND PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK..NO RETURN CALL.
I CAN'T VIEW MY POLOCIES FOR MY CAR..OR MY MULTI BIKE CAR POLICY.
I HAVE NO DOCUMENTATION. I HAVE E MAILED THEM / CALLED THEM , AND FINALLY REPORTED THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS AND THE INSURANCE OMBUDSMAN.
STEER CLEAR OF THIS OUTFIT.

This Company Is Useless Avoid At All Costs, I Have
This company is useless avoid at all costs, i have taken out a policy for a scooter over 8 weeks ago and i have still not got my Documents so i can not tax the bike.i have contacted them four times and they keep fobbing me off i paid in full on visa i have been driving for over 34 years and i have never seen such a useless company.i just wish i had looked on this site first.
